Mastervoice is hiring a multilingual project coordinator
We are welcoming great communicators with a passion for languages to join our Mastervoice team. Are you excited by the thought of planning and organising international meetings for corporates and institutions? If so, you are most welcome to join our dedicated team.
As a project coordinator, you will manage a wide range of language projects: from written translations to online meetings and multilingual events. You will be in close contact with end clients to assess the expectations and requirements, to prepare quotes and to follow up language projects from initial request to final delivery. Communication with our freelance interpreters and translators is part of the quality workflow to support our clients and audiovisual partners. Your contribution to successful language projects is highly valued.
Some of your tasks include:
Project management of multilingual meetings, events and online meetings
Management of translation projects
Preparing and following up client proposals, tenders and requests for quotes
Written and oral communication with clients, freelancers and audiovisual partners
Qualification of freelance translators and interpreters
What do we expect from you?
You are passionate about languages and have a perfect command of Dutch and English as professional working languages.
Knowledge of French, German and other languages are an added value to our organisation
Proven experience in the language or meeting industry is highly valued
You enjoy working in a dedicated team within your role to manage language projects autonomously
You are fluent with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience with Trados is preferred. Trados certification schemes are offered for candidates who lack Trados expertise.
