Contrary to spoken presentations, documents are for ever. This implies that the output in terms of quality of content, form and style must meet the service requirements of client and readership and that the whole translation process must be managed from request to delivery.

Quality management system

With this approach in mind we apply a service-oriented total quality management system with ISO 9001:2000 certification that includes all stages of the quality process, from preparing source files for translation, revision by qualified linguists, domain experts and proofreaders, to final verification of client requirements in line with the European standard EN 15038 for translation service requirements. Mastervoice has received EN 15038 certification by LICS.

Meeting industry

Our translation bureau specialises in language translation services for the meeting industry, i.e. abstracts, presentations, minutes, rules of procedure, financial and economic reports for European Works Councils, joint consultation meeting documents, training materials and committee working documents, and in general any reference document that is part of the communication process of a meeting.
